libstring-rewriteprefix-perl software package provides module to rewrite strings based on a set of known prefixes, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libstring-rewriteprefix-perl
libstring-rewriteprefix-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libstring-rewriteprefix-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libstring-rewriteprefix-perl *
You will get with libstring-rewriteprefix-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
